It has maybe been a few years since I've come to terms with the fact that I'm actually gay. I resented myself at first, because y'know "a man should only be with a woman". But I found solace in reading bl novels and mangas. Knowing that there are people who view my sexuality in such a positive light really helped me accept myself.
I've came out to a couple of my friends, most of whom didn't view me any differently. They still treat me like I'm "one of the guys" ykwim. The others? fuck them, wouldn't have guessed my personal business of liking dudes would affect them so much
