Y’all are kind of protecting your internalized misogyny onto this character, of course she’s going to act like that when they tell her people can die and that she’s the only one who can save them and of course she’s going to be optimistic. Yes she should think about what she got herself into but what would that change? she has no way to go back home and I doubt anyone is gonna let her so let her be optimistic about the situation she’s in.
