the very last part in ch.5 where inamura confesses to being in love with his brother because initially I flipped when we first see him with another guy other than oushirou but then he explains it's his brother so i was like 'oh okay cool cool nothing to see here, dodged that misunderstading' AND THEN HE SAYS HE WAS IN LOVE WITH HIM AND IT WAS LIKE WOAH

THIS IS A STRETCH BUT, just kinda wanted to share an idea:
WHAT IF this suddenly appearing Ciel (or as everyone is terming him here 'real!Ciel' so I'll call him such for simplicity sake) is a demon summoned by Lizzie? I mean like didn't Sebastian say at one point that demons summoned by humans take on the form that comforts them or puts them at ease or something? Im too lazy to go back and search for the chapter but he says something of the sort. So what if Ciel just happens to be that person for Lizzie and when she summoned him the result was real!Ciel? As for why she would do such a thing as to summon a demon,perhaps it's not the most reliable but, looking at the Black Butler wiki page regarding demons, it says that 'a human must be desperately searching for a way out and a lack of faith in God'. Not too sure about the God part but seeing how restrictive Lizzie's life is and all the times we've seen her at odds with who she is as a person, perhaps all that bottled up anxiety and internal conflict exploded with the music hall serving as a tipping point. And even if real!Ciel happened to be a demon, where would his seal be? Looking back I expected it to be on real!Ciel's hands or something but it clearly isn't. Using the wikipage as reference again, it seems like the mark can be chosen by the contractor and the more visible the stronger the contract so really couldn't it be anywhere? Plus in the chapter where we last seen Lizzie (ch.117) she claims she 'cannot return to that side', I mean other than probably being tied to all the deaths that happened with the sphere music hall, what if the reason is the same as Ciel's. That his future is really doomed from the beginning with his contract with a demon. What if Lizzie's fate has changed to this extent as well?

I, myself, think this is not 'realciel' as sensei usually has more complicated plot twists. Perhaps this is a clone? or a really good lookalike that someone nefarious has been grooming to undermines Ciels' influence with the queen? An idea ...

It would be so cool if this is true coz it feels true to me, but I feel like you are indeed right or if not partially right because things has to be connected or has to go back to Lizzie otherwise the story will left her out being her a major supporting chara. But as you've countered the demon contract mark has to be somewhere and there is this another fact "who did Lizzie used as a sacrifice?" tho... Like Agni? but not really right because the one who pointed gun at Agni's young master seems to be Lord ciel.....maybe the people who died in the spirit music hall??
