According to the spoilers, there's no love rivals in this story. The only "mean girl" in the story I know about is the ML's aunt (and in her case, it's the entire family--with the exception of her daughter).
The woman at the end is either the aunt or the ML's ex, who was actually more of a business partner. (I can't gauge ages with this art style.) The ex is a good person, though.

I’ve seen some negative comments and I’m just wondering if I should read this.
The only way to know if you'll like something, is to try it yourself. I love this story. Granted, the translations are not being done by people who actually know English, but there are enough words in the sentences to understand what is going on (at least for me, I understand). Those that do not know English well, might struggle to understand.

Lmao.....the beauty of this manhua is it’s been horribly translated from the beginning. However, we can keep up with the story and the horrible translations have somehow become part of the charm. Seriously, I can’t say this about any other horribly translated story I’ve read. It’s kinda like a cult following for a D grade horror flick. I think you’ll have fun with it. I know I do.
The translation isn't very good, everyone who knows english would say the one who tranlates it isn't very knowledgeable about English, but the story is interesting and you read in a flash, because it's a manhwa bery easy to read, the art is funny too, and I think it's getting better with each chapter
