this manga really plays into every single cliché there is known for shounen mangas, I hope they can develop Shin's grandparents soon, they seem so interesting ;u; and man if Shin ended up with Gus instead, they would've been such an overpowered couple!!! that story would've been much more interesting than Shin with Cecily, at least their relationship had substance while Cecily is just one of those typical anime girls BUT if the mangaka gave her a proper development arc (which is unlikely) I wouldn't mind that couple so much

I was hoping for some cool inspiring webtoon with a badass female lead who won't let anything stop her. Though MC's personality and character is great- the fact that she has no remorse for her ex is extremely unpleasant.
If she was filled with complete hatred towards him, her sister and the Emperor company in general, this would have been a completely different novel. I would have loved to see her trample and destroy that company without any regard to love interests. That would have made things more light hearted and fun.

true it would have been much more interesting but then again that story would just follow any other typical strong female lead mangas where they become op and trample all over her haters and stuff, but this mc is not my cup of tea tbh i guess this is why i became interested in shounen ai because nowadays there aren't much 'good' female leads and developments and stuff but then again this happens in some shounen ai mangas. what i'm trying to say is the fact that she is still dwelling in her past because she's traumatised is what pisses me off, i mean she has got Lei with her why not just run away with hubba bubba and go have your kids and live a quiet life. haha the irony!!!! I actually deviated away from shounen ai because I've read so much to the where I had to read something else. That's why I started to read these webtoons with strong female leads, cause I missed seeing the power women have ;u; you usually don't see a lot of great women in shounen ai mangas :'(
I would rather a typical op female lead than this cause at least it would have been much more amusing to see, in my opinion.
(also I read halfway through Komatta Toki Ni Wa Hoshi Ni Kike, things got a little repetitive for me so I had to take a break from it hehe)

i think the reason she is not just jumping at lei is that she doesn't trust him she just got out of a abusive relationship that ended with her death. like what sort of person just jumps so quickly to a new person.
