I get he has trauma with omegas (rightfully because being pheromone bombed and harassed by randos is really traumatizing) but I just can’t stand the double standard of being annoyed at the uke for presumable having a fuck buddy, while he is regularly fucking an omega (even tho it’s the Mc, he doesn’t know that) and being truly awful to him during it. Again, I get he doesn’t really want to do the therapy, but it’s not like his therapist is forcing him, so being verbally abusive, making him bleed and so on is uncalled for.

But I think what annoys me the most about it is he’s already pulling the uke without having to fix his shit attitude. There is no perfect victim, and seme being cold and lashing out at the uke is understandable and something I don’t mind to see early on OUTSIDE of the bedroom, but Why are semes continuously allowed to be shitty and still get the heart of the uke before they even consider having character growth?

The art is good and I really think this story could have been amazing if the commentary around an alpha feeling trauma for harassment was handled differently. That’s not a topic of omegaverse bls that is given the proper depth it should. They could still find a way to have the anon sex aspect without it being violet and uncomfortable to read. I just can’t feel butterflies when ukes hole is bleeding but he’s all blushy and cumming like crazy because yaoi logic the dick is just so good no matter the tearing and verbal abuse.

Let’s be real, there isn’t going to be a cheating arc people lol! Honestly that would just lead to them breaking up and the seme being proven right.
