tbh idk like when guwon said “i just didn’t tell you the whole story” i feel like guwon wasn’t the one who killed the dad this all just seems so iffy- also remember in chapter 0 the guy guwon killed told the mc “im gonna make this a painless death” clearly there was something going on that the mc just doesn’t remember
I think Guwon DID kill his Dad, but I think MC is misremembering again and only has pieces of his memory since he was really hurt.
I think his Dad did go off to find water or something and during that time he was gone he thought he'd put MC out of his misery because he knew he couldn't help him. So he found a gun or something while he was out and he was going to give him a quick and painless death. Then Guwon came around and killed him since he was a threat. Now in his head he thinks "It's good I killed your Dad because I saved you" but he isn't saying that out loud in its entirety.
