HA HA HA FEEL OUR SUPERIORITY!!! XD just kidding even asexuals can understand your frustration y'know... Well of course sex isn't the most important part (I'm talking for me only there), but if there's enough fluffyness before even I can get a lil' excited (and so appreciate the sex scene) XD
My equivalent of frustration is when I find a manga with marvelous drawing, chara-design, great translation, cleaning, typesetting and so on... but with just sex in it. Like the characters randomly jump each other. I don't get it...
Maybe if you find the author of the translation you can try to ask them for the "tasty" part ^^ or you could try writing it XD

interesting. thank you for letting me know how an asexual person perceives sex scenes. i know that some asexual people find sex scenes uncomfortable or completely unnecessary, but i hadn't considered that they could enhance the story for some asexual people.

i hate it when everything is just so perfect in the story and then they just imply that they had sex. once i actually scrolled back to see if i've missed it somehow, like where did it went, what happened. and then you just cry

god especially when there's a ton of sexual tension (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Hi, idk if this is too late, but I'd try answering.
For me, sex isn't entirely necessary when reading something, because in rl, i don't like sex as much as reading them.
But then again, when an author decided that yes, sex is definitely going to be the main point of a story, then the plot isn't entirely necessary.
But I know it was though when a reader wants to read sex scene and the author just doesn't comply.
I think, when being a reader, we shoukd just go with the flow the author wants us to go, and should just expect anything could happen, while expect nothing could happen as well. If the frustration is too much, then there are a lot of kind (and perverted) people in here who will share good manga with good sex scenes to you..
But then again this is the view point of someone who doesn't enjoy rl sex, so idk if you can relate.. ^^;

i adefinitely agree that we should just go with the flow of the author and we shouldn't expect them to cater to our every whim - it's their work, not ours. it's just that my sex drive doesn't always listen to my rational opinions ha
