so.. lai regaining his memories had zero influence on the plot cus it ended right after? what the heck? the jewl they burried never comes up again, hector never says if he remembers lai as a child and we never see hector reunite with his mum and dad. we don’t know what happened when hector went to the capital, we don’t see any of them get their revenge which this whole this was supposedly about. all we get from lai and ellen’s reunification is one panel of them smiling like they’ve never been apart for one moment?? it’s like there was so much unessecary things in the plot and then they didn’t even bother to finish it just cut the whole story in half we dont even know lais real name ffs
