I wanted to have sympathy for this guy becuz of his bg story and stuff but like.... this fan service scenes for those XunRunxGoSiwon shippers is totally turning me off and I legit had chills, like the BAD chills. The chills that make you feel sick. I’m sorry I DO NOT like this. Even tho I believe my baby Jinha deserves better, him and Siwon need to be together.
I’m looking forward to how this’ll turn out (even tho I can totally predict what’ll probs or probs not happen: Siwon will snap and be like teary eye saying no to Chinese boi and it’ll make Chinese boi all sad and realize how hurtful it is to hurt the one you love and boohoo Siwon gets let go ORRRRRRR Siwon ends up not needing the stone to dream about Jinha becuz they’re already destined and that and have sort of become “one in soul and body” and Jinha comes FLYING to the rescue)
Honestly this story is literally like a mix between Junjou Romantic, Boys Over Flowers, and The Heirs kdrama, WHICH I LOVE since I do enjoy juicy drama that gets me screaming and boiling.
no china man wont do that just wait till chap 65
Idk why it’s bothering me so much but some of y’all need to stop calling manhwas “manga” becuz it’s not. Manga is what you call Japanese comics. Manhwa is what you call korean comics. And manhua is what you call chinese comics. Plz stop mixing them up becuz it’s not proper to call something korean a Japanese term and vice versa. Just like how you shouldn’t call manhwa authors “sensei”. That’s not right. It’s not the same race nor culture. As someone who’s very knowledgeable of the Japanese and korean culture, they are both very different in so many ways. I know it’s such a stupid pet peeve that no one will bother taking into consideration, but I’ve seen a lot of Koreans online taken it offensively when people call manhwas “manga” or call their authors “sensei.” It’s just not culturally and racially right, you guys.
I think it's a matter of habit for many, not because they don't know the difference.
I think you mean nationality/ethnicity.
You are correct. There was a massive war between japan and korea and to this day they still hate each other because of the stuff that japan tried to do korea (abolish their language fully, there are still grandparents and grandmas still suffering to do this day because they can't return to their hometown) so calling korean manhwas 'sensei' will get on their nerves, especially when the authors have family of their own who went through suffering.
More than me not wanting to say it right, I haven't quite memorized which is which, so I might have made a few mistakes a few times. I think this might be true for more people.
I do want to say it the correct way though, so I'm sure I'll memorize it in time!
One question to help that a bit though; how do you address Korean and Chinese authors then?
my phone carrier blocked mangago and lezhin on my phone and now i gotta read all my manga and manhwa on PC which i don't like cuz the screen size is just not my preference and the scrolling is tough on my hand (don't have a mouse btw) and i have to wait to get home from school or work now to read and uggggghhhhh soooo dumbbbbbbbbbb whyyyyyyyyyyy did this have to happen to meeeeeeeeeeee
now i have to wait till i'm 18 and i have my own account for my own phone to be able to read on my phone again T_T so sad.........
BOTH CHARACTERS ARE AT FAULT HERE! DO NOT, just DO NOT blame one or the other. BOTH WERE COMPLETE SH*TS TO EACH OTHER.
Jaeha tortured Eunho with his feelings for literally his whole life. He gave him false and basically just threw his love in the trash, dug it back up, and then threw it in his face. A complete f***ing asshole. He made him run in circles and use wasted effort that just drained him.
Eunho was a lil whiny b**ch who couldn’t understand the emotional damage, trauma, and dilemma Jaeha was going thru. He was too forceful on Jaeha, which is a HUGE mistake to do to someone with a past like that. And then when he came back from the military, he was a complete douchebag for obvious reasons that don’t need explanation at this point.
So to those bashing on one character and getting all pissy and boohoo over it and acting all highty mighty over it like you’re some psychologist genius, shut the hell up. If you actually read the goddamn manhwa, both characters were equally dicks to each other, both were shitty people at some point, both deserve more than what they’re receiving, and both deserve a happy ending of some sort whether you like it or not.
