They maybe waiting til April to release the new chapter as they've probably been working on the anime that comes out in less than 2 weeks, plus it also depends on how the mag is sterilized cause some yaoi mags due 3 months 6months and up to a year to publish it isn't like Shounen jump or others where it comes out weekly.

I think so but I saw it on fb there most likely isn't one in English they had the cover to Emerlad the mag that it's seralized with for Aprils issue
The translating group was having a hard time getting the scans I think they have them now and are working on translating them. I think.
For the one that came out before the one that comes out in April or just the one in April
chapter 24 I think thats all i know they do them in order. Lol look up sweet puriinsu scanlations they are the translators right now.
