The shoes did come off in the previous chapter when they started fooling around, but in the new chapter they somehow managed to reappear on his feet lol.

Mehhhh... None of the characters did it for me.The Nurse was almost a rapist wanting to happen. The Uke don't act his age and let other people including the uke lead him around by the nose and the seme is so hyper active but you can blame that on his youth.
