Im only on chapter 20 but this is sooo painful. Like the work situations felt so real- your boss harassing you, giving miscellaneous job, your coworker dumping the blames on you, having to go back and forth only having your boss forgetting to receive your report etc. Plus his lover was actually married and the one he’s cheating on with is the MC! I can’t imagine the stress he’s facing. This slavery corporate (︶︿︶)＝凸

On a side note, I’m glad MC didnt give up and keep doing his work. He didn’t think of petty revenge like purposely doing a bad job, etc. I want to keep him in my pocket

So this is my guess,, adult Ye Zi Mu tried to save others but at the same time he didn’t keep his power in control thus causing harm to the innocent people surrounding him. Was Ling Chen’s aunt one of those innocent lives ‘accidentally’ killed by Ye Zi Mu or was she killed by the uncle? I really want to know this fact because I think this was the game changer in adult Ling Chen life. Which also gives a reason to why Ling Chen was brought back to past -> to keep Ye Zi Mu in control.

Also I think I have a preference for these anti-heroes Light from Death Note, Lelouch from Code Geass and now Ling Chen is addition to my collection hahaha

I love this so much. I wish the author will write some more extras
