I think that the author just twink-afied Jungwon, giving him exaggerated feminine features like too plumb lips and a skinny/sick fragile body. I don't really like that aspect about it, but they did Hyesung justice by drawing him more bulky and not being afraid of leaning into more round shapes when drawing his muscles. I think they done this for characterization and dramatic affect. I personally don't think I it's ugly, but I do wish they kept Jungwon looking like a lengthy college student instead of a fragile twink. (I might comment under, this is very spontaneous comment)
