everyone did read the chapter though... and he never ended up taking him to the hospital (even if they intended to at first). even though he tian tried getting out of the car to get away from him, he could’ve lock the doors and still drove him there. instead he takes him to the beach where it’s cold and he’s not dressed properly, have a chat, faints and they go back home.. never going to the hospital.

He gets out of the car, walks around -- the radio is saying it's windy. This is not a brother taking the other to a chat in the beach. The chat happened when He Tian got out. That's all.
The brother is trying to take care of him but he is refusing. Maybe if He Tian passes out now he can drive him to the hospital or, if he feels the man will escape the hospital, drives him home.
I was replying because a lot of people acting like He Cheng took He Tian from the house and just took him to the beach. He didn't. He Tian doesn't want to go to the hospital and gets out of the car and walks to that place.
He Cheng is trying to help him as much as he will let him.
I didn't realize he actually got out of the car at that part. I thought he tried to open the door and his brother stopped him. That makes more sense though lol
