the r19 is from L/zhin while the r15 is from M/nta, the L site always have misspellings on their translations and one time they forgot to translate and leave some panels with spanish speech bubble, leg/l cites have different fonts usually, depends if the story will transfer to another cite. Sorry for the misspellings I need to do that so they dont delete my comment
