A banger so far. FL is a freight train that comes with some heavy baggage and hits you at max velocity with all of it, afterwards you realize you've been stripped of all your worldly possessions. She's kinda unhinged and I love her for it. I will never fail to appreciate a female scoundrel.
Her (fake) romance with ML is also progressing well. Their chemistry isn't breathtaking yet imo, but it's bubbling away and their dynamic itself delicious. ML is her polar opposite, almost, and that contrast plays very well when he's getting lost in his trauma and losing his mind only to have our unhinged Peter Pan storm in and pull him up with some redicilous charade. It's fun while also leading up to some more serious issues.
