Honestly….putting this story here kinda breaks me, since I’m so fond of one of the author’s other works (& general writing style), but like this story sucks. Like, not technically—I don’t think it’s poorly written (like, at all); it’s just sad :/ such a depressing subject matter w such an utterly soul crushing ending—it’s just bleakkkkk almost traumatizing in its execution: truly couldn’t recommend it less
