Honestly wild ride from the jump, but that ending was insane. Rly enjoyed the writing of the side charas -.- appreciated the raw realism of the rape scene, but INSANE how the author did nothing w that they just had a character help cover it up & move tf on w it???? Like? Funny how the mom DISOWNED her son, like, the day after he got attacked at knifepoint (f that bitch), but the story does nothing to hold WunXuan Ye to task for raping someone interesting, interesting Also, I feel like we were setting up a relationship between the oh-no-step-bros at one point, & while I’m glad it didn’t go there, what happened to that…? Overall just messy :( rly big plots the author drops at will, & the ending just loses the entire fkn plot. No resolution, no justice, no common sense, nothing. Rip genuine potential imo
