Muzaka shall have a stroke if that's true....but biologically he ain't a girl so having Muzaka's daughter's heart shall not make him a female...but there's the real question. Frankie himself confirmed that his heart was that of a werewolf,but Muzaka's daughter was a hybrid. After all she had a human mother.
