I dont understand from day 1 i jave not liked the dad like from when his son was a child and not defending in front of his coworkers to not training or teaching him. I study in a metal workshop and you can not go near any machinery or equipment without an induction or a walk through its dangerous but the fact that this manga started of with the co workers being bullys and not telling him the right proceedures to blaming the uke for not "trying" like really.
