I apologize, but this is the only place where I think people can help me figure out the name of this anime. It starts off with a group of kids who wander into the forest and come across things they weren't supposed to know, so later on they are brainwashed by the government. They all grow up to young adults and a boy from the group is sent away by the government, who happens to be the crush of the female protagonist. Slowly, the group memebers start to forget about him, but in effort to remember him, the female protagonist goes to his hometown and starts to figure out what happened to him.
another clue is when the girl overhears her parents talking about a sister she forgot she had and that her sister was also taken away or killed, i don't remember much..

I'm actually really scared of continuing this because I know things are going to start falling apart after this. I'm scared the guy is going to go through his heat and be claimed by someone else and for some reason that just pains my heart. Does this AU also include Alpha x Omega Soulmates because if so, then it's just gonna make me sadder T.T
