Yes. Idea is showing Hwa the memories that he lost. He was in an accident so he forgot about everything that happened. Hyung is very hurt and angry because he fears he will leave him again. With the pregnancy all the bad memories and feelings came back to him. Ino had trapped some of it, but now he felt everything at once because of the birth. So Hwa is trying to understand what happened so he can fix it. What we’re seeing is their past selves, the promises they made together, the marking, etc.
Ooooooooooooooooohhhhh so while giving birth he got his memories back and then the dad( i cant remember his name) is confused why he’s being distant,
so are we seeing him get his memories back too or its just one still retaining the memory and we just know why he is being distant.
Idea is showing what hyung remembers, because idea can’t show anything to Hwa alone since he forgot everything because of the accident.
Hwa is watching everything that he forgot, from hyungs perspective. Which are also somethings that Ino locked up so hyung wouldn’t suffer (because they decided to have them separated), and hyung was a female lycan so he would suffer immensely if he could remember everything, specially the abandonment part.
When he gave birth he unlocked everything. He was scared, that’s why he was acting distant.
Hwa decided he needed to do something, so when talking to his parents they told them that idea could read hyungs memories and so Hwa might remember everything again too and fix things up.
So Hwa is getting his memories back in a way. He’s watching what happened between them in the past.

So he’s gonna see that he promised to pair/mate/marry with him when they’d be 20 or something. So, after seeing all the memories and understanding what happened Hwa knows what to do. Then hyung awakes and he’s not gonna see Hwa there and asks for him, he seems to be back to normal. After a while Hwa comes in a tuxedo with roses and all and apologizes for forgetting and asks him to marry him. After that they go see their babies (sooooo freaking cute).
