Hi everyone! I'm looking for a yaoi manga. I really don't remember the plot but i know that in the end they went together to another country and live there.
What i really remember from this is that it has a special chapter where in a boy is looking after(not sure about this) an old man who always visits the cemetery where his lover is buried. The boy and old man are not related at all, I think, and it turns out that the old man is one of two mc from the manga I'm looking for.
Sorry for the lack of details, it's because I remember the feeling when reading this manga but totally forgot the plot and title so wanted to reread again haha.

This story feels like Save Me though it's not romance. Ugggh these endings are bad for my heart.
