While I may not be a part of the lifestyle, I get so offended by how it's always portrayed in BL (as a vehicle for permitting & perpetuating assault).
There was actually a clear discussion of a safeword, AND IT'S IMPORTANCE, they showed the sub as the one technically in charge, and there was even aftercare! And pretty clear differentiation as to when play stops & starts (hopefully there is more of a discussion about limits too - fingers crossed!) either way, me, a random person on the internet, is very pleased!
