I disagree. Daiki just, like you said, has no personality, so he doesn’t express his feelings openly, but he’s stated that he’d give his life for Joon. The horribly written and drawn smut scenes have nothing to do with his feelings. As for the guards, I feel like they’ve become more of a family in season two, so they just treat him like a goofy brother. I don’t see it as disrespect. Daiki would never put up with them being disrespectful towards Joon.
