Ok we are all analyzing a fictional scenario here. I don't think there is a right or wrong answer, just various opinions. In that scenario (in my opinion) seme dedicated all of his life to be next to uke and help him get over his trauma and fell in love. Also he was punished and "completed" his punishment. He didn't disclosure that he is the original ML, but he seems changed. If I think about the alternative, we would have a lonely traumatized MC (because a person with so many issues can't easily roam the world and find true love). Yes ML was the source of MC trauma. But in almost all literature next reincarnations are not just the previous one but something more. It is not like he tortured him 10 years ago and he returned saying he is a changed man and he is sorry. That's why I tend to overthink it and not immediately say "no second chance for you mofo". He is not the exact same person. Anyway, this is like posting arguments whether a werewolf or a fairy is stronger, as I I said in fantasy everything is relative
