This is just greatness! There’s a realistic aspect to this story that warms my heart, like it doesn’t take itself too serious but it hits real life topics! I just read this all the way through and Haebom and Taesung have been through SO MUCH! Tbh I’m still not over Haebom being sexually harassed and assaulted back in S2! Like the way that while thing played out gave me chills! It was just so sick and probably triggering for a lot of people. Anyways, this story is amazing and is DEFINITELY one of my favs! The fact that it’s still ongoing makes me happy! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

Okay so...first of all, this story was amazing. It kept me on my toes and I was literally looking forward to the next chapter! The pacing was pretty good and the story played out nicely in a decent amount of chapters. Personally, this story is a tragedy tale well done! The cause of death towards the Dad’s son being revealed at the end of the story was so smart! Like yes we know who killed him, but I didn’t think he actually did! Like there was so many theories I had, but when the truth was revealed......YALL, I was so shocked and gagged. At that point, I hated the MC with all my heart. His ending is actually really satisfying. He was a selfish prick who did everything for the wrong person. Karma’s a bitch and I love her for that. I only feel bad for Taehyun though, he deserved BETTER! Also the characters were so intricate and tbh I loved and hated them all at some point (Taehyun is and will always be bae though)
Overall, this story was great and probably one of my favorites! It’s been a while since I’ve read a tragedy story that actually satisfied me with a dark ending. For the people who stuck it out and read my review. Here’s some recommendations for some tragedy tales similar to this one:
-Warehouse (fucked up on every level but it’s sooo good)
-Criminal Interview (Really good story that keeps you confused and on your toes, both a sad and happy story)
-Incidentally Living Together (Overall pure fucking amazingness! Literally makes you feel every emotion. MUST READ! One of the best of all time)
Now since I’m done w/ that. Here’s some tragedy stories to avoid:
-Unfather (Great and amazing potential w/ a really unfortunate and unnecessary ending
-Interview with a murderer (Predictable w/ a death that honestly killed the ending for me)
-Epitaph (THIS IS ACTUALLY A REALLY GREAT STORY W/ GREAT CHARACTERS, PLOT AND EVEN SMUT SCENES!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUT THE ENDING WILL GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT PAIN!! SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS)

I lovveee this story so much! It’s so realistic, I just wish they would’ve adopted a child or had a surrogate! That would’ve been icing on the cake! Anyways though, this was amazing! I can’t wait to re-read this in the future!
