Her kids were not sold off as slaves. The aunt decided to raise the boy after Sovieshit unfairly killed the dad, and the girl was smuggled out of the country by Duke Elgy. I think there's gonna be a plot about her in the future, as it is hinted she actually is Sovieshit's.

We're at 88 chapters yet the plot is never improving with that much chapters, surely we will at least get a glimpse of what Deborah's older brother looks like, BUT NO. It focused so much on Deborah practically plagiarising future inventions and making it her own that we lost the essence of what this story even is about, it feels like they're inserting a villain to stretch the story out. Surely it won't take another 80+ chapters for them to reveal the real villain in this story, right? 'Cuz damn, the story was so good yet so streched out. ┗( T﹏T )┛
