Jiri's demeanor shows exactly how depression feels, the lack of interest in everything, the "I want to end it all" state of mind, the sudden and unstoppable cry, the substance abuse and that sad and lonely feeling. It's so real that I cried every fucking chapter.
I used to love this but the chapter where she sings dressed as a 90's girl in a world where people dress like princesses with long dresses was so bad, and the fact that she plans to change that world with a song,? Not my kind of plot and that's really sad since I used to love it.

I get what you mean but it looks like it will it will it always looks like it would go towards that type of genre because he’s always been singing and even the flashbacks of her past life clearly she was singing but I do agree the 90s thing was not exactly a good idea it looked too modern but at the same time it doesn’t make sense because the invention of the camera should’ve kind of give you understanding where was going I think the clothing is more of a style choice in the timeline that they’re going to because they’re not following ours of course they have like magic and shit over there so clearly not although I do wish they would’ve inclined a little bit for us more to understand if that was going to come up in the singing Is basically magical it’s meant to make people feel somethings so I get it but at the same time as he was a little chilly I think it needed more buildup around it like that’s not the only thing because if they’re all her songs have like the weird thing imaging either does like a life whatever the heck

The plot is too simple and full of cliches, I couldnt connect with any character. The manga in general seems lazy and predictable. Is not the worst manga in the world, but not my cup of tea.

At first I didnt really like it, but now Im amazed on how beautiful this is and Im not talking about the drawing style but how deep is every character. The Ml (I often forget his name) is beatiful inside and out, he is handsome but his mind is a treasure, he focus his help in her mental state and even gave her a loving family out of nowhere. Ebony is a realistica character, she is scared, but puts all her might in recover from her trauma and I love that about her.
I have read plenty of mangas of this kind but what I find special about this is the relationship between both leads, the met like prisoner and noble and him, instead of giving her money and stuff decided to give her wings, he gave her the push she needed to be free, happy and confident and I love this manga for that healthy approach at relationships.
I hate Yuri with all my soul. Jiri is deeply depressed, you can see it in his face, bony complexion and attitude and ok the rest of the world isn't responsible for his state of mind but Yuri is hurting and tormenting him on purpose, he just keeps trying to make Jiri suffer so to me a person like that, who actively try to hurt others is the worst kind of "person".
