"Unluckily Lucky" the ending is a bit meh and the romance part isn't the main focus here. It's about two guys overcoming their childhood traumas. Characters are pretty well made.
"The Affairs Of The Other World Depend On The Corporate Slave" This one is also good. It's an isekai/shounen ai where the MC is transported to another world along with a girl in a Saint Summoning Ceremony. No, the MC is not the Saint. He's just an ordinary guy that was tagged along. There's a sex scene in this one but it was shown in a shounen ai way.
"A World Where Everything Definitely Becomes BL vs. The Man Who Definitely Doesn't Want To Be In A BL" About a guy that realized he lives in a BL world. He's straight so it's pretty hilarious. It's like "Disastrous Life of Saiki Kusuo" but in shounen ai genre. He doesn't have a name so we just call him "MC".
"In The World Of A Gal Game, My Best Friend Says That He Likes Me?!" Another shounen ai. The MC and his childhood best friend got transported into a harem game. In order to go home, the MC needs to end up with one of the target interests and then suddenly, his best pal told him that he likes him.
"The Day You Came Falling Down" Father-daughter relationship. This is soooo wholesome. After reading bullshitting yaoi mangas, I always read this to cleanse my soul. I highly recommend this.
"Life as a Reincarnated Sage in Another World ~Gaining a Second Profession and Becoming the Strongest in the World~" Shounen/isekai manga. MC got transported to another world. He's a tamer and a sage. It's pretty fun, like how he's fighting dragons left and right with just slimes, a cowadly wolf and a blue bird as companions. And his stoic expression made the manga pretty hilarious.
"The Eminence in Shadow" Shounen/Isekai manga. This one is one of my favorites. The MC is one of those called "Chuunibyou" or "Eight grader syndrome". When he's a kid, rather than the heroes or villains, he admires those "behind-the-scenes characters", those guys in animes where when the hero is in trouble, some suspicious looking people will help them in secret and rarely shown in the series. He wants to be like those guys so he trained himself, learned martial arts, studies a lot, and even challenged a nuke (lol). But he realized that he can never withstand a nuke even if he trains his body and then he found MAGIC. But then, magic doesn't exist in this world so it's useless. While he's studying magic, he died and got reincarnated to a world where magic exist. He became so OP (while acting like a mob character as a pretense) that he could probably rule the world (in shadows) but there's too many cockblockers between him and his dreams so I guess that ain't happening anytime soon.
"Memorize" Shounen/isekai manhwa. Err, I'm not sure how to describe this because the plot is a bit complicated and his plans is unclear??? He and a bunch of people got transported into an unknown world where life doesn't have that much value. It's like "The Live". Their goal is to get the "Zero Code" which can grant them a wish. They could wish that they want to return to their world, become the strongest, etc. The MC somehow managed to get the Zero Code but he loses many important people along the way, so instead of wishing to go home, he wished to turn back the time to where he started so he can save them.
"The Most Notorious "Talker" Run The World's Greatest Clan" Shounen/fantasy manga. The MC's job (in games, it's called "class") is a Talker, where he gives buffs to his teammates. He admires his grandfather who is the strongest seeker (those who hunts monsters) but an incident happened and his grandfather died. His dreams is to be the strongest seeker, but his job is a support class, there's no way he can be the strongest seeker on his own, so in order to be the strongest, he plans to create the strongest clan and become the leader of it.
"Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint" Shounen/Supernatural manhwa. I also don't know how to describe this and it's pretty popular so you probably already know this so I won't bother putting an description on this one.

I’ve seen some bls where a character likes to cross dress, and even one where the character becomes a girl, and the classmates call her/him (depending on their situation)- a pervert.
I think it’s to due with the culture in which the mangas takes place in. It’s usually to show what it’s like to be a cross dresser/trans person in Japan? I’m not really sure.
