I kind of want the Uke to be a bit more of the brash type. I also would prefer it if the Uke is muscular. Body build doesn't matter too much- if he's a big dude that's cool, if he's tall and slim but muscular, thats good too. I just don't want him to look like a lil twig- you can still recommend those and I might enjoy it- its just not necessarily what I am currently in the mood for, essentially.

I can't remember the name but basically the FL lives with her mom who is kind of abusive and she reincarnates or something of the sort and at some point somewhere in the beginning she goes to the temple to meet a duke (probably of the north) and she offers him an alliance and basically calls herself a useful tool or something
I'll add onto this: Before she went back in time the FL was basically a tool used by her brother or fiance or something but eventually when she lost her use he cut off her tongue and I think her limbs too and then the Duke found her like that and basically she ends up deciding to help the Duke because of her guilt since basically the brother or fiance was against the Duke and there was an entire war situation or whatever.
She ends up basically gnawing at her tongue and drawing a spell circle on the ground with her blood and activates it and dies and goes back in time.

I'm also gonna recommend the light novel Spring Trees and Sunset Clouds, even though it's not quite what you're looking for. It fits your vibe of angst, bitter-sweetness, and happiness, and the MC's backstory is definitely tragic. The MC is physically very weak though.
I'll check out the Light Novel in a bit probably, I read a summary or description or whatever for it and It feels like something I could probably enjoy, but would probably also be something I wouldn't read very often- It feels like the type of story I would read a bit of every once in a while but not binge through cuz I would Die if I did-

I'm looking for a manga or wuxia or whatever where the MC shapeshifts, has multiple identities with distinct appearances, all are perhaps powerful in some way & MC only has one lover. No matter what shape they take their lover stays the same. Also I want them to have both female and male shapeshift forms all powerful in some way in their own right. If MC can also clone themself so these shapeshift forms can live individual lives thats cool too.
