Are you sure you clicked on mad place and not mad place "introduction"? I'm reading it on Lezh!n too and it has 13 chapters so far. The Korean version even has 17 chapters up now.
Does it have other name, I can only find "mad place (introduction)" on lezhin

You need to turn on the mature tag to read the manhwa... there should be R written on the top bar next to the search icon.. you need to turn it on to read any mature manhwa on the app
I don't think you can see the mature comics on the app unless you purchase them. I had to download lezhin comics PLUS. It's the lezhin app but it allows you to read the mature comics easily. It's not in the app store though you need to download it through lezhin. Hopefully this helps if you haven't yet figured it out.
