Well that's understandable. He does like Hyeon-ui and Hyeon knows it but as sunbae's brother said, he's too laid back. I don't know if I get it right but I think Hyeon said that to the sunbae to make sure if he really does like him to the point where he can date him or if he was just interested in him.
