I’m so glad to at least know jaewon is dead in current timeline but I wish he could just keep dying everyday just for the relief and satisfaction

I wish I never read this tbh… the uke got increasingly annoying that it made this story intolerable. Jaemin is a psychopath and soohyun is a violent idiot. And seunghoon is a doormat. This is the one single bl in which I stubbornly stayed to see if the plot rounds up and it really doesn’t. Disappointing

People justifying mc getting inc**tual r**ed by his brother needs a lobotomy. He was what 13? when his mom died and then the kid and his mom barging into his life, a five y/o kid at that (Dad had a whole ass family on the other side of town) Istg when I was that age and my dad wanted to remarry with a woman with kids after my mom passed I told him I would throw them out the window after breaking their hands. It’s a very fragile state for a kid that age ok?? The dad doesn’t even treat him like the first son not to mention other relatives, they are all two faced anw. Not saying that justifies him bullying jsl but i can understand where he’s coming from. He even stood up for jsl when he was getting bullied by other kids. Spoiler, he even proceeds to forgive jsl in the future. I would have cut his junk off on sight.
On LY side ofc it was sketchy ahh with mc sexually harassing ly starting when he was in hs. However those two are cut from the same toxic cloth with ly actually r**ing jsy. What I CANNOT fathom is how LY keeps villainizing JSY at every turn and doing the utmost to fail him even after JSY showed his sincerity all throughout. First time he doesn’t know his feelings I can understand but even after he realizes his love for JSY he still can’t see him in good light?? He undermines JSY hard work, belittles him for his sexual orientation, goes homophobic when ticked off not to mention r**ing him again out of jealousy. AND THEN HE THINKS HES RIGHT
With how y’all go about shi**ing on jian ge you’d think he’s the one doing all the r**ing.

Out of all 188 guys I just hate this dude sm, maybe because I like jsy as a character. No amount of retribution can salvage this guy in my eyes he can go to hell. All these 188 guys know is to cry when their stupidity leads to mc suffering worse than death.
Uncommon take but I feel like LY doesn’t love nor respect JSY like JSY does, it just seems like an obsession

I couldn’t get past chapter 1 for the longest time because the beginning with rape was way too intense. I do enjoy dark themes but it just got tiring because most manhwas just go nowhere with it other than portraying it as just surface level sadism. But I decided to give it a go out of boredom and this is an actual piece of art (as far as season 1 goes). The way heesoo’s trauma and intense loneliness and desperation was portrayed was so powerful it felt like a knife was being driven through my heart. His despair was so realistic and relatable i was living through it. I could understand but not excuse his actions, they were horrible and heesoo himself understood that clearly and he was repentant and begging just to be given a piece of love. At the same time I could understand why tae kyung at the end chose his family above heesoo albeit it being so cruel from heesoo’s standpoint. At the end there was just nothing but a sense of hopeless sorry that they were the victims of their circumstances.

Im so glad this is gaining popularity AND getting updated. I have read this since 2017 and damn if it doesnt get realer every year(reads again once a year). Like its funny and relatable then you back read and then you find out how much more relatable it can get and its like
