I have to be honest, I just skimmed through because I've already read the book and went through all the feels. Still, I can't help but squeal and giggle at every Callisto and Penelope interaction (and also scenes of Reynold, my beloved) even though I already know that they're going to end up together HSSHSHSHSHSHHSS
WARNING: this is long, if you don’t wanna waste your time over a shoujo nerd rambling, ignore me ( ̄へ ̄)
P.S. I have not read any raws or novel (if ever this webtoon has one lmao) and this MIGHT contain a spoiler (if ever I managed to hit the bullseye with mi "theory" this time) so yeah ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

The boy looks familiar now that I’ve reread the current uploaded chapters (1-5) and he resembles the “Male Lead” of the book but although the boy had almost the same hair, the rest of the face was blank and shadowed so I’m not so sure yet.
Now the book said she died from an Unknown Illness but is it really an illness? I know it’s too early to make theories and such but it’s getting interesting for me and I can’t help myself lmao.
What if those black wisps were the ones responsible for the Book Lottie’s death? The ominous discussion those things had when Lottie was sleeping in Ch 5 was suspicious, as well as that blue-eyed kid.
I’m thinking that the Albino FL Dahlia was taken in because Lottie died and she kinda resembles Lottie’s mom. Maybe the blue-eyed kid wanted the Albino FL Dahlia to have a higher rank (I’m guessing the Frodium Main Family are just second to the Royal/Imperial Family) so they can “live happily ever after.”
“Damian Frodium’s daughter, Lotilucia will die from a disease at 10 years old, and less than a year after her death, Dahlia Lopez will be brought in as a foster daughter.” since they said it was a ‘disease’ but they wasn’t able to identify what specific disease it was, doesn’t that seem suspicious?
“In a world that was falling to monsters that hadn’t appeared until now, they neither saved nor sacrificed for the world,” now doesn’t this seem like that MaLE LeAD purposefully used something eViL to wreck havoc or use those monsters for empire/world domination or something?
Also the way the Duke said he was stupid to not recognize his own daughter, does that mean that he has read that book or is this some sort of the-book-is-his-past-life-and-he-reincarnated-to-amend-his-past-mistakes trope? or something he's said because he wasn't yet sure before if she's really his daughter or Lottie just coincidentally looks similar to him.
In the case that this is a reincarnated daddy trope, the Duke probably first wanted to ignore Lottie (at least on the surface) so he can protect her from something and then the moment Lottie called him “Daddy” his resolve got crushed to pieces and he can’t have those big as fxxk pinkish eyes to be filled with tears because she’s so cute uwu
I’m thinking the Lopez family is the family where Lottie’s mom is from before and ran away to protect her and maybe the Dahlia girl is a cousin? The girl looks awfully similar to Lottie’s mom so I can understand why the Duke took her in.
Again, I know it’s too early to make theories but if there’s someone out there that’s like me who can’t help but make theories, pls add on because I wanna see your opinions hihi
I see... I like your theory so far, though i have different opinion on lottie probably cause of death. as she is a hybrid, isn't most hybrid trope usually either very weak or very strong? possibly she's on the weaker side and can't survive pass 10 years old... or maybe she's not dead, but on comatose instead? considering that one room dahlia can't enter maybe the room where lottie sleep?
Max? A commoner? What commoner would spend a goddamn gold coin on wax for weapons? If anything, the emperor is the one who looks like it (even worse than a commoner, dare I say)
