I think they Were in a relationship, but yiyi? Well the blond guy was photographed cheating on the guy. So he retired and broke up with the blond guy
but is still confusing as to why did he retire to “cover” the fact that the other guy was photographed with someone else. was it to distract the media?

I know that in real life things don’t develop that quickly, real people have real feelings and they don’t get over things super fast. I get that the author is trying to make it super realistic but I am still sad that things are so slow and nothing ever happens and everyone is allowed to be but calm down guys :( no need to be mean just because things aren’t developing the way you wanted, encourage the author to keep going or maybe give constructive criticism that taking this long to develop things may be tiring for the reader
