Manager guy had an artist under him who had sexual relations with blonde despite havin a sponsor(sponsor was a relative of the blonde dude). Manager found this out when he secretly followed artist. Those two realise that they were followed.

Blonde and manager were hs friends,(manager used to do some sports , blonde was a model) manager crushed on blonde, blonde was kissed by another dude, manager backed off. Lost contact with blonde.

The artist under the manager looks similar to this other dude that kissed blonde in hs, so manager thinks he might not be over him.
