TBH, I don't want to jump into my bad conclusions about what Matthew did. It looks like a drugged to help Jin to become stable and to stop his hallucinations or whatever contains in that red drugged. ADDITIONALLY, It's color GREEN, and I really hope that nothing will bad happened to Jin. Anyways, It felt kinda off that Matthew uses Jin's drugged side effects to go fucked him hard but we all know that he's just helping the latter to overcome the drugged. As you can read on the prev chapter; If Jin's not by he's side while he's drugged, somebody will go and g/ngb@ng him, so I kinda understand Matthew side also. Still, we don't know what's inside of the injection so we better stay tuned in the next chapters. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
