She is a bit possessive, but it is with innocent intentions. I see it as a form of jealousy because Kase-san is so in love with Yamada that she does not anyone to take or look at her beloved. Being easily jealous or a bit possessive is normal in a relationship. It’s like you want to monopolize your lover if it’s possible.
she is possessive however if you really think about it many men would go for a girl like yui in half a second because she sadly does in fact come across as a bit WEAK and an airhead sadly . now keep in mind this is one of my favorite manga ever period but it has its downsides like everything

i am with you on that :( i think overall they have a beautiful relationship, but i would like to see kase opening up about her jealousy without trying to control yui... i mean, everyone feels jealous - even yamada - but there are many ways to deal with that.
