I ain’t even mad about this, so far Linus has been the best boy after the time skip. I still hate that he cheated but that was years ago and they both worked it out already. I just hope Tommy doesn’t use him and drag this out if she’s not seriously considering him. The best option is a completely new character not related to any of them for Tommy to be with. But you gotta work with what you got and Linus is surpassing Howe at this point ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
By now we all know Juwon will be endgame. I’m sure when MC confessed it’ll be a misunderstanding that he was rejected. Juwon was probably shocked cause he felt the same way and his surprised expression made MC think it was disgust. But I don’t care about that cause I really want MC to choose the golden retriever boyfriend! He’s better looking, communicates and is a sweet boy (plus his eggplant). I don’t know if it’s just me but during the last 2 chapters, there’s a portion that remained blank. One minute we’re meeting the aunt and then it’s blank until fl talks to Jean.

I’m happy she won’t end up with Dan. I think he’s only interested in her cause she’s the only one that turned him down. I honestly don’t mind her relationship with Dan, I think they could be good friends. Hopefully, he realizes his love for her could be of friendship and not romantically. I like how she can easily put him in his place and it’ll be good for a playboy to have one platonic female friend.

I’m sure if she marries his son, it’s gonna be awkward as hell at first. But, over time they’ll all get used to it and it’s not like they all had a normal relationship to begin with. I really do want her to have a friendship with Dan cause he needs some to be honest with and she can bring out a different side of him. She can also be the bridge between for Dan and his son to somewhat start getting along. Hopefully Dan can realize he is capable of feeling not just lust towards a woman and find a stable romantic relationship in the future.

At this point, I don’t believe he is truly in love with her. Interested, yes but definitely not love. He’s probably confused cause he thought he found someone that could match his freak. He thought it was her idea to have a third party whenever they had “relations,” not his son trying to cockblock. But when this misunderstanding is cleared I’m pretty sure he’ll start to pursue her cause misunderstanding or not he still felt something for her that he hasn’t felt for someone else before. He is trying to change cause he got divorced in order to have a fresh start with her and not a contract marriage. I feel like he will love her, probably not as deeply and romantically. But in his own way, and she might very well be the only woman he would love. Whether this leads to a friendship, not sure but I would like to hope it would because I kind of like their relationship and how they talk to one another.
If the misunderstanding clears up and he still chooses to pursue her, I can see it being feelings but also maybe a little bit of spite.

For me, her derisiveness towards him is what makes their relationship witty and durable so I can't wait to see what happens when we start getting into the real drama.
He’s definitely gonna regret it if he follows through with the plan. I understand how hurt he was and how she abandoned him when he was at his lowest. I’m all for him getting some small form of revenge but not this much. I get what she said was fucked up but I also understand why she did it. She was abused during childhood and is used to obeying her parents. But she is also a woman of her time, so she can’t easily speak her mind and disobey cause she doesn’t have a lot of rights as a woman. She probably also said all those things so he can give up on her. Cause if she ran away, I’m sure her father would track them down and probably kill him. She would rather have him hate her and live than die. Pretty sure he’s still in love with her and is confused cause he’s supposed to hate her. So I’m all for them ending up together, they just gotta be honest with each other. However, if he does go through with his plan then I want her to live freely when she’s exiled and have him regret it.

I hate that Linus cheated but other than that he wasn’t bad or too annoying like Keith. I am happy that he’s doing better and going to therapy plus, he looks better with his natural hair too. However, I don’t think they’ll be endgame cause she only sees him as a friend. He on the other hand is starting to have some feelings for her again, so hopefully he doesn’t go back to self harm when he gets rejected. I’m honestly proud of how they both matured over time and I do believe Tommy and Linus are good for each other but as friends. They give each other the comfort and support they need cause they’ve seen each other at their worst and have recognized their efforts to do better.
This chapter made me cry, from frustration and feeling bad for her. She can’t really speak out cause of the evil step mom, her sister is selfish and the dad says he cares but doesn’t really prove it to me. She’s so used to the neglect that she doesn’t put up a fight. She just wants to get that inheritance money and leave, which I totally understand. I thought the dad would finally put his foot down by how the chapter started but he was once again a disappointment. I honestly can’t wait until she goes off on everyone. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
If you’re interested in coffee then this story is good cause it shows a variety of coffee. It fun seeing people change their minds about it. However, the rest of the story became boring really fast. The ending was abrupt, just when we were barley introduced to the witches. The author seems to have gotten tired of the story and wanted to end it fast. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I was team Howe and Tommy but he’s been annoying lately and just dragging Tommy along and she doesn’t deserve that again. I’m happy that she understood his hesitation but also knew when to put her foot down cause she knows she deserves better as well.
As for Linus, I hate how he cheated on her before even if their relationship was already on the rocks, he shouldn’t have done that. But they both already spoke about it and resolved their feelings before the time gap. Also like how Tommy got some revenge by literally sleeping with his idol, lol. Both Tommy and Linus have matured and are healing themselves, so I’m not completely against them starting again. However, I feel like if they do get together and later on get in a fight Tommy will bring up the fact that he cheated. We can forgive but never forget. So hopefully they’ll learn to have a honest conversation and never let it reach that far, which was their main issue in that past.
Now, my main issue is that whether Tommy chooses Linus or Howe, she’s gonna be connected with Tessa for life. I never liked Tessa and I think she’s the one person Tommy can never get along with. So my hope is that Tommy would please end up with a completely new person, not connected in any way with these other characters. Also, by having a new man Tommy can be that person’s number one girl. Since Catherine is Howe’s number 1 and Linus’ is his daughter (nothing wrong w/that). I just want Tommy to be happy and be someone’s priority and have her be in a truly healthy relationship.
If not, then Linus is currently looking better than Howe at this point.

Thinking about it Tessa was actually ruined her relationship with Linus (even tho it wasn't that great at that time but still) and even with Keith when he took her side ignoring Tommy's feelings.
Tessa was selfish and still tbh.. she forced her feelings on Linus making him feel even worse then blamed Tommy for it, but still even knowing Linus's problems she didn't try to fix the distance and just left him.
And even later she didn't apologize to tommy
But for now i think Linus is better like Ever after the cheating(which I can't forget) he's now more mature and atleast the only one who's working on himself at this point atleast he's not acting like some teenage.. i kinda like her with Linus more than Howe.. cause howe is just ignoring her feelings completely and only caring about his .. and looking back to all those times when she was with Keith he knew about chi and her husband still didn't try helping til it was too late .. and even siding with tessa when tommy had every right to be upset! .. so he's Never cared about her .. all of those ppl were more important than her even when they were at wrong.. he's just spinless

Yeah, being with her dead friend’s husband is weird, I didn’t even think of that. I liked Tommy’s relationship with Howe before, when he was always there as her friend. He’s also going to always side with Tessa cause he feels more like her parent than sibling and is very protective even though she was in the wrong. It’s also true that he knew the other couple were shady but never said shit to anyone else. Ok, now I kind of don’t want her to be with Howe, at all. I just want her to be good friends with him like before.
If she were to end up with Linus, his kid is a reminder of his affair which does suck. However, I don’t think Tommy would be bothered by that, I feel like she would be a cool stepmom. The kid was the only good thing that came out of that whole ordeal. I think Linus loves Tessa but he was never truly in love with her. She was the only one that he was able to be honest with at that time, since he didn’t want to appear weak to Tommy. Maybe Tessa finally noticed that what he felt for Tommy was something he could never feel for her and that’s why she divorced him. I don’t see him really crying over Tessa like he did for Tommy. I think his low self-esteem and second failed relationship, placing the blame on himself is the only reason he was upset with when Tessa left.
Also, I think Linus would be more protective of Tommy towards Tessa compared to Howe. Linus would respect Tessa as the mother of his kid but he will side Tommy as her partner. Especially, with how their relationship ended before and how he hurt Tommy. Linus is gonna be more protective this time around cause he doesn’t want to loose his great love again.
