I saw alot if comment saying just confess already so here us my answer to u guys .
Its not that easy to say "i like you" because he (the uke) didnt know that he (the seme) like him (the uke ) or no so if he confess and the seme actually dont like the uke then their relation ship will be broken or awkward .
And since we were the one reading it and know what is the seme feeling that is easy for us to say "i like you" to him since we know they both love each other , but from their viewpoint they dont know that they like each other .
Ok im talking to much but hope u understand that its not that easy to say "i love you" or "i like you" .
