Honestly hate how people regard Max as useless and weak. She just free herself from her father’s grasp after a lifelong infliction of trauma and mental abuse and you all expect her to become a badass lady in a snap as if overcoming those shit is easy. GROW THE FUCK UP. It’s not hard to understand that trauma isn’t resolved in a snap of a finger. She’s willing to grow! Give her time!!! And Istg if that’s how you people respond to people with trauma like “you’re useless, be strong gurl”, I’m hoping you’ll just shut your. Max is not weak, she suffered and that’s it. The fact that she wants prove to her father and other people that she’s not worthless is brave enough for me.
