I try not to take things too seriously when reading cuz gosh emotional investment is exhausting but from my pov, the setting probably normalizes casual one night stands, hence we see Brunhild not making a fuss as much as we'd hope for. Ive seen the raw. Its mental. But as someone strictly monogamous, this gives disturbing insights into a polyamorous relationship, particularly between 3 individuals who are clearly not essentially right in the head.
