Y don't you check your wifi connection? This usually happens to me whenever my wifi's down. How about switching off your phone and switching it on again? Or putting it on aeroplane mode and refreshing it? I usually do these
Also try opening a new tab maybe that will help it

It’s a recurring problem of mangago nowadays for some people, it started last november. Just use vpn when it happens. U can also use opera browser, it already has built in vpn, just set it to europe.
