oh that just means that someone doesn't have the answer to a manga search question, but wants to know. by commenting on the thread, you can receive updates if someone else comments the answer. they're "following" the question (hope that makes sense haha)

Wow, I would say this description of yourself it's pretty accurate
"Following" isn't manga! Many people skim through "Question section" to help & also find interesting manga to read. When they found any interesting request, they just post "Following" to get notification when anyone reply..
