Instead of thinking the ML is playboy I believe...
The ML had some sort of traumatic experience with women when he was yonger because of his curse which also caused a change in personality.Also when the ML aid tells FL that he is a great heartbreaker, it might be because girls fall in love with him to easily due to his appearance but he rejects them since he dosent want to harm someone because of his curse or he just dosent have the time for women and sees no difference in them because they all fall in love with him for the same reason.
