So far, nothing romantic really happened between the twins. There are scenes that seem weird with Ruby because of her fixation with Aqua’s past life(doctor) but I'd like to think of it as Ruby just being a teenager. The story is focused on revenge and the entertainment industry. Some people commenting here are just overreacting.
