Okay, i think Floa is actually a goddess too. It's already plain clear that our pink puff is a goddess so i think it would be an origin story of goddesses who fell in love with humans and got betrayed and Fl got her memory jumbled.
Floa and Daphne are 'gods' but you know how in the other temple there's the temple god holding goddess daphne's spectre(?) and handing it to the founding king
So what if it's something like, the founding king and goddess floa betray her and seal her in Earth and goddess Floa developed an obsession with Daphne (goddess) and create a well developed human life for her just so she can be a creep around her and play with her
My theory is backed by the fact that when pink puff founded the temple, the goddess memory moan and said something about getting betrayed in both lives. Floa seem to have power still and even retain the memories, and honestly she's a bit of a creep.
I think the mega twist would be that they're both goddesses who's had beef since the founding of the Empire and crazy god floa conspire with the king so she could have daphne all to herself or some bullshit like that. I think the curse is actually not a curse too, if it is it's floa
