It is from a movie in turkey, and it means like 'after that everyone fucks Satou-kun'. But the phrase itself doesn't contain the fuck part, you can even say this to a child. If the child doesn't know and watch adult stuff, It would be meaningless to her/him.
And i didn't translate it cause I thought it wouldn't be funny for nonturkish people, but i had fun when i tried to transtlate it. Sorry for doing it so late.
